(The answer, incidentally, lived in Bedford for a while, and was often seen near the Eagle Bookshop’s old premises in Castle Road.)
This is just one of 30 brainteasers compiled by the Eagle Bookshop to confound and confuzzled the good people of Bedford, in celebration of the Bookshop’s 30th Anniversary. There are questions for everyone, as well as some questions that you are advised to “come at sideways.”
Prizes will be awarded to the three top performers, of £90, £60 and £30 in vouchers, which can be redeemed in the Eagle Bookshop.
