A selection of Christmas card designs by local children are on display at the Harpur Centre.
Bedford Borough Mayor Dave Hodgson was delighted to receive 200 entries from young people.
The winning design was from Priya from Camestone School, Kempston. Priya’s design with candles and baubles also included the ‘stay safe’ message which has been so important this year.
The runners-up were Avery from Hazledene School, Putnoe with a Christmas tree design and Iman from Brickhill Primary School with a reindeer design.
Mayor Dave said “Congratulations to Priya, Avery and Iman. I was impressed with all the entries and thank everyone who sent me their designs.”
