The niche shopping arcade on St Cuthbert’s Street is having a pop-up party on Saturday May 11th, 10am - 4pm.
Talented arts and crafts demonstrators, children’s entertainers, costume characters, and more will be adding to the atmosphere all day.
"The free fun day encourages people to take a stroll and see us here Mon to Saturday all year round,” said Natasha Trudgill, owner of the www.welovethesecretgarden.co.uk an online business which has a showcase at the arcade,
“There’s a coffee shop, home decor, special gifts and jewellery and many more services like a barbers and a photography studio.
"St Cuthbert’s is on the up with events being staged by local restaurants and bars in the evening for adults, such as the Block Party held on April 13th. Here in The Arcade we are looking to welcome families during the day. It’s all combining to make St Cuthbert’s a cool place to visit.”
