A May Princess competition run by businesses in the Victorian Arcade resulted in super publicity for the popular thoroughfare.

The winner was presented with her sash by real life “princess” and Miss World hopeful.
Those businesses giving prizes were Macmillans hair, Arcadia sweets, Gallones ice cream and a party piece from Pegalicious.
