Vision Statement
agreed by the MAP team meeting 12 September 2011St Mary's 2011-2015 will be:
A body of worshipping belivers, rooted in the Bible and prayer:
a community of loving welcome, caring for one another with the love of Jesus Christ
a community of radical discipleship, cheerfully pledged to growing together into mature holiness and every-member ministry in Jesus Christ
a community of passionate proclamation, committed to reaching the people of Wootton, Stewartby, and beyond, with the vital good news of Jesus Christ for a lost world; including, as the local population grows, bold initiatives to extend our witness in the community among all ages
a community of glad service, dedicated to being salt and light for Jesus Christ at home, work and play
a community of global heart, prayerfully and practically engaged in the worldwide mission of the church
a community of sacrificial change, vigorously directing ourselves, our buildings, our funds, and our talents to realise this vision
